Each piece is made to order and carefully handcrafted before it ships. Production times vary by design and are listed on each product page. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Complimentary FedEx 2Day shipping on all domestic orders of $1,900 or more.
- Domestic orders under $1,900 ship via FedEx 2Day for $15.
All domestic shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for the security of your order.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally using FedEx.
- FedEx International Priority: $100

FedEx International Economy: $75
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges assessed by their destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Order Processing
Because each piece is made to order, shipping timelines begin once your jewelry has been completed, not when the order is placed. Estimated production times can be found on each product page.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in filing a claim and help resolve the issue.
