Returns & Refunds

Each piece is made to order specifically for you. Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.  This includes all gold jewelry, diamond jewelry, custom pieces, and made-to-order designs.

Beaded Collection

Our handcrafted beaded necklaces, bracelets, and anklets may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

All bespoke, personalized, resized, engraved, or customized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have questions about sizing, styling, gemstones, or would like additional photos before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always happy to help you choose the piece that’s right for you.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your piece ever requires repair due to normal wear, please contact us. We’ll assess the repair and provide a quote if applicable.
